Standard Shipping Service

Most LOOKS Cosmetic orders are shipped with standard service and are delivered within 3 - 10 business days from the order's ship date. LOOKS Cosmetics ships and delivers our orders on normal business days. (excluding holidays).

LOOKS Cosmetics maintains a large quantity of inventory, however due to high demand, some orders may be placed on back order. We thank you for your patience if a product is out of stock and we will send it as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy

Since LOOKS Cosmetics is unable to process the return of used items at this time, we encourage you to email us at Looks@getthelooks.com if you have any questions concerning your product selection. We are available to help you select the perfect colors and products for you.
